| JSP Associates was established in March 2004 by Mr. Jatin Popat as proprietorship firm to provide services as Practicing Company Secretary & Trademark Attorney in India.
Jatin did his Graduation in Commerce from Mumbai and became Fellow Member (FCS 4047) of Institute of Company Secretaries of India in 1994. He has worked with Corporate, Bank and MNCs for almost two decades during 1985 to 2003.
In 2004 he founded JSP Associates to cater professional advisory services and related secretarial services relating to Corporate Laws, Securities Laws for listed companies including SEBI matters, FDI & Foreign Exchange Laws, Legal Contracts & Litigations, IPR Registration and Enforcement of IPR laws for brand protection, Statutory Compliance Audit of MNC subsidiaries in India, Liaison for Govt. Approvals, setting-up of New Business etc.
Our Team: We are team of 14 includes employees and associates including FIVE Company Secretaries, FIVE Trainees, TWO Accountants and TWO support staffs.

Popat
Jatin Popat is a proprietor of firm. Jatin is a commerce graduate from Mumbai and is Registered Company Secretary in Practice and also registered Trademark Attorney.
He has working experience of more than 25 years including 4 years in Corporate Accounts/Compliances, 6 years with bank, 10 years with listed companies as senior executive / in-house counsel and last 5 years as proprietor of JSP Associates as Practicing Company Secretary.

Lakshmi Subramanian
Lakshmi is a Commerce Graduate and qualified Company Secretary. She has corporate law, legal and compliances experience of last 10 years with R.Ganesh & Associates. Lakshmi is responsible for CLB/RD matters, deliveries, training and quality aspects with JSP.

Purvi Parekh
Purvi is a Commerce Graduate and qualified Company Secretary. She is associated with JSP for last three years and is responsible for new client co-ordination for company law client accounts.
Disha Kapadia
Disha is a Commerce Graduate and qualified Company Secretary. Disha is associated with JSP for last 3 years and is responsible in assisting retainership assignments for company law matters.
Khushboo Parmar
Khushboo is Commerce Graduate and has completed Company Secretaryship. Khushboo has worked in past with eminent CS firm and is working with JSP for last one year. She is responsible for retainership clients.

JSP is located at very convenient central place of Mumbai i.e. Andheri (East) near railway station.
We have a co-ordination office at Fort for all Govt. Departments which is located near V.T. railway station. Our Andheri office is air-conditioned office of about 700 sq.ft. for 12 seats with modern communication machines viz. Laptop (3) , PCs (P-8), LAN based, Broadband Internet (VSNL and MTNL), Scanner, Fax, Laser Copier etc. to cater best of services to all our privilege clients.
