Jatin
Popat
JSP Associates is a proprietary firm, under
the stewardship of Jatin Popat. Jatin holds
a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Bombay University,
and a professional degree of Company Secretary,
duly registered as a F.C.S.,
from the Institute of Company Secretaries
of India.
Jatin's experience spans over
20 years in the corporate
legal field. He has worked in organizations
with business interests as diverse as banking
and manufacturing, most of which are listed
on the Mumbai Stock Exchange.
During his corporate executive
career, Jatin was responsible for major breakthroughs.
He effected quite a number of joint ventures in
India and abroad. His responsibities included
technology transfer and royalty matters with FIPB
approval and handling of large IPR portfolio.
He also got the IPR enforced on dealers and spurious
marketers, ensured the arrest of Mega dealers,
and saw the attachment of properties, etc.

Deepak
Kapadia
A Commerce graduate
from Mumbai University, Deepak also holds a
degree in law
and a diploma in business
management.
Prior to coming aboard JSP Associates as a consultant,
Deepak spent almost three decades with ICICI
bank - one of India's premier financial institutions.
Holding responsible posts in various departments
like Investments, Leasing, Bank Guarantee, Accounts
etc.
His long experience and rich expertise in documentations,
policies, systems, audits, compliances
and of course advisory with
practical solutions makes him an invaluable
asset of the company.

Ashish Dalvi
Ashish is post-graduate in Commerce and also law graduate. He has experience in attending legal matters including drafting, vetting, attending legal cases in civil, criminal, family, consumer courts, liaison with govt. authorities, property related matters. Ashish is associated with us for legal matters since 2007.

Zaheera Kazi
Zaheera is a Commerce Graduate from Mumbai. She is on the verge of graduating in law. Zaeera handles all execution of legal matters at JSP. She is also pursuing a Company Secretaryship.

Suchita Kyal
Suchita is a Commerce Graduate from Mumbai and pursuing for Company Secretaryship and Law. She has adequate knowledge and experience in Trademark registration, watch service, attending to trademark matters at registry, reply and opposition matters etc. Suchita is associated with JSP since 2005.

Purvi Parekh
Purvi is a Commerce Graduate and she completed her Intermediate for Company Secretaryship. She joined JSP in 2007 and handles all company law related matters pertaining to clients including registration of new companies and annual retainership.
